Tessera presented the new digital platform of PASYNO at the 3rd Pancyprian Scientific Conference of Nurses.
The application enables every citizen to report, via their mobile phone, any issues they identify in their area.
A new collaboration between the Municipality of Killeler, Blue Value A.E. and of our company started, with the aim of creating an integrated system of electronic recording and management of reports and improvement proposals of the Municipality.
The ‘4mycity’ application enables every citizen to report to the Municipality of Killeler with their mobile phone, tablet or computer, any problem in their area.
The Municipality is automatically informed of the report and manages it immediately and efficiently, informing the citizen about the progress of his report until its final settlement.

One of the advantages of this specific service is the flexibility in personalized requirements and individual adjustments, as it is available as a Platform as a Service (PaaS), so that it can be configured according to the needs of the Entity.
