The application enables every citizen to report, via their mobile phone, any issues they identify in their area related to cleanliness and street lighting.
The integrated system of electronic submission and management of requests ‘4myCity’ was chosen by the Municipality of Istiaia – Edipsos, with the main goal of informing it immediately about problems that affect the daily life of citizens within its limits and responsibilities.
The ‘4mycity’ application provides the possibility for every citizen or visitor of the Municipality to report with their mobile phone, tablet or computer, any problem they find in the area of the Municipality of Istiaea – Edipsos, regarding cleanliness and electric lighting.
The Municipality is automatically informed of citizens’ reports, so that their settlement can be initiated immediately. That is, the platform provides mechanisms for monitoring the internal process of managing the complaints that have been submitted, as well as mechanisms for timely notification to citizens regarding the progress of resolving the complaint that they have submitted.

By using the ‘4mycity’ system, communication between citizens and the Municipality of Istiaea – Edipsos is strengthened and their active participation is encouraged, with the ultimate goal of upgrading the quality of life in the area.
