In practice, AEO does not replace SEO, instead, they work complementarily.

The increased use of artificial intelligence tools confirms this shift, making content that provides immediate answers more important than ever.

  • content must be understandable by AI systems

Effectively, when an answer engine uses a company’s content as a source of information, brand credibility and recognition increase.
