New Website for EFEPAE

Tessera undertook the design and development of the website for the Intermediate Body of Operational Programs for Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship (EFEPAE), with a focus on functionality and accessibility.

Tessera’s goal was the development of a new website using modern tools to show and promote the Programs and Actions supported by EFEPAE.

Website Content

The website has been structured so that each program has a dedicated section featuring related articles, news and events. A newsletter feature was also integrated, allowing users to subscribe via an email platform. All the existing articles were transferred to the ne website while preserving their content and structure.

Digital Development

The new website was developed using the WordPress content management system (CMS), in its latest version (6.8.x), and features a fully responsive design, optimized for all devices (mobile, tablets, desktop). It is important to note that the design and accessibility testing were carried out according to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, ensuring compliance at the AA level.

Tessera managed to develop a modern website that enhances EFEPAE’s image, while significantly improving the user’s experience and accessibility for people with disabilities.

EFEPAE is a Civil, Non-Governmental Company responsible for managing State Aid Actions, with the mission to provide high-quality services. This is the second time the organization has entrusted Tessera with the development of its website. The previous website, delivered in 2014, could no longer meet the current needs of the organization.
