KEPA-ANEM: New website with an AI Agent

Tessera has completed the design and development of the new website for KEPA-ANEM. The website is available at the following address kepa-anem.gr.

Tessera’s collaboration with KEPA is long-standing, beginning in 2010, with the development of the organization’s first website. Since then, Tessera has repeatedly taken on the technical support and modernization of its digital presence.

The new website includes:

• Presentation of the organization in Greek and English.
• Posts about active and completed programs, actions, and evens of the organization.
• Display and search of open calls.
• Pilot implementation of a Chatbot using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support visitors of specific initiatives.

Kepa’s Chatbot

We would like to highlight the organization’s positive response to our proposal for creating a support Chatbot using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. The Chatbot have been trained to answer visitors’ questions related to the following initiatives:

• Support for the Establishment and Operation of New Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
• Support for the Establishment and Operation of New Small and Medium-Sized Tourism Enterprises

In an next phase, the organization plans to expand the Chatbot’s functionality to cover its remaining initiatives as well.

Technical Features of the Website

• The website was built using the WordPress platform (version 6.8.x).
• The website is responsive, designed to function seamlessly across all devices.
• The design follows WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• A GDPR compliance mechanism was implemented, covering both cookies and personal data submission forms.

The new website meets KEPA-ANEM’s need for a modern and refreshed online presence, aiming to better showcase its work and facilitate communication with citizens and partners.
