On Saturday, January 24, 2026, a First Aid in the Workplace seminar was held at Tessera’s offices by Rescue Training International.
The training had a total duration of 5 hours, was conducted entirely in person, and included both theoretical and practical components.
Within the framework of the seminar titled “Emergency First Aid at Work (+) – GR“, Tessera’s team moved from theory to practice, working in pairs on different emergency scenarios and the appropriate ways to respond to them. We practiced the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) procedure, the Heimlich maneuver in cases of choking, as well as the management of an unconscious casualty.
We then learned how an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) works and how to use it safely when it is available on site.
The training concluded with a final assessment, and the Tessera team successfully obtained the program’s certification.
Beyond the valuable knowledge we gained in handling critical incidents, the seminar also significantly strengthened team bonding. It was a very useful experience for our company, and we look forward to organizing more in the future.
