For the Pancyprian Nurses Trade Union, we developed a comprehensive Members Portal that digitizes key administrative processes and brings member services together in a unified environment.

The platform supports secure profile management, online membership applications, document submission and verification, publication of updates and conferences, and online membership fee payments.

The Members Portal is part of an integrated platform connecting the website, membership management system, and iOS and Android applications.

PASYNO’s iOS and Android applications bring the organization’s services to mobile devices, creating a direct communication channel with its members.

Through secure authentication, each member gains access to their personal digital membership card with a QR code, announcements, documents, conferences, and useful resources. Push notifications allow the organization’s administration to instantly send important or targeted updates.

The mobile applications are fully integrated with the website and Members Portal, enabling the organization to manage a unified digital platform.

For OASA, we developed a custom web platform for organizing transportation services for people with disabilities, transforming a complex operational process into a unified digital system.

The application serves three distinct user groups — passengers, drivers, and administrators — each with dedicated permissions and functionality. It supports booking creation and tracking, route viewing, and centralized transport management.

For Correctional Facilities, we developed a suite of digital services that streamline and digitize administrative procedures.

The platform supports online application submissions, the issuance of certificates and official documents, and visit scheduling. It also provides centralized information on the relevant legal framework, correctional facilities, and related statistics.

For the Pharmaceutical Association of Thessaloniki, we developed a specialized Members Portal that brings together digital services related to the daily operations of the Association and its pharmacies.

Pharmacists can view their duty schedules, submit extended working hours declarations online, and access their personal DILOF payment records in real time. Financial data is updated through integration with the Pylon ERP system.

A specialized system for the automated creation and management of on-call and overnight duty schedules for more than 1,200 pharmacies.

The application processes dozens of constraints and criteria, including geographical coverage, avoidance of consecutive shifts, pharmacists’ preferences, and legal requirements. Using advanced optimization and machine learning tools, it identifies the best possible schedule allocation. Administrators can create, manage, and monitor duty schedules.

The ANAX Travel Portal is a web application for obtaining travel insurance quotes. Users enter their trip and traveler details and, through a guided process, can view the available insurance options.

The application enables passengers to search for and pay fines online. Users can view the details of the violation, the amount due, and any applicable reductions, and complete the payment online by following the relevant instructions.

For Mantas Service, a mobile application for Android and iOS was developed and integrated with the company’s central B2B e-shop. The application provides members with access to products, categories, and price lists, supports multiple languages, and is automatically updated with content and products from the main website.

For EFEPΑE, Tessera developed an AI-powered digital assistant, integrated into the organization’s website. Users can ask questions about funding initiatives and programmes and receive answers based on EFEPΑE’s official content, including calls for proposals, decisions, and frequently asked questions.

A web application was developed for Gnosi Accounting Firm to organize and provide documented answers on accounting and labour legislation matters. Content is categorized as public, subscription-based, or private, ensuring that each user has access to the information relevant to their needs.

SafeAthens is a personal safety application designed for the citizens of Athens. In case of an emergency, users can send an SOS alert along with their location to the Police or selected contacts. The app also includes additional features, such as an alarm and a simulated call, providing an extra layer of personal safety.

The University of Macedonia’s digital repository organizes and brings together academic and research material in digital form, offering search and filtering capabilities, as well as the ability for University members to add new content.

Risk ToT is a web application designed for the structured assessment and monitoring of risks. It includes a risk register, assessment questionnaires, historical data tracking, and the automatic generation of reports and charts.
