4myCity of Ampelokipi-Menemeni

The application enables every citizen to report, via their mobile phone, any issues they identify in their area.

The Municipality of Ampelokipi-Menemeni acquired a completed system for managing reports and problems.

The citizen request recording application ‘4mycity’ enables every citizen, using their smartphone and/or computer, to:

  • reports a problem it has identified,
  • record an incident as it happens,
  • suggests ways to improve and resolve a situation,

which pertains to the competence of the Municipality of Ampelokipi-Menemeni.

The Municipality is automatically informed of the report and manages it immediately and efficiently, informing the citizen about the progress of the report until its final settlement.

The aim of the Municipality of Ampelokipi-Menemeni through the application is to strengthen communication with citizens and their active participation in the improvement of local areas.
