The Municipality of Lefkada takes a decisive step towards digital transformation, by choosing the integrated platform 4myCity for the immediate management and resolution of everyday issues. The app was designed and developed by Tessera, with the aim of improving the communication between the Municipality and the citizens.
What is 4myCity;
4myCity is an advanced electronic system for recording and tracking citizen requests, available in web and mobile app (iOS & Android). Through the platform, every citizen or visitor of the Municipality of Lefkada can report issues they track – from damaged lighting to maintenance or sanitation issues – and be kept informed about the progress of their resolution.
How it works;
The process of request submission is simple and takes less than a minute. It is described in the steps below:
- Selection of the category of the issue
- Location specification (automatically through the map or by address)
- Photo attachment (optional)
- Request submission
The system automatically routes the request to the appropriate department of the Municipality and the user is notified via email about its progress. There is also an option to add additional comments or information to assist the Municipality’s services.
