People with Disabilities: A new era for equal access
The Europian Union is transforming the landscape of digital accessibility for people with disabilities, with a new legislative requirement. On June 28, 2025, the European Accessibility Act (EAA)comes into effect, to ensure that every citizen has equal access to digital services and products.
This directive mandates that websites of both public and private organizations within the EU must comply with the WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) at level AA, as well as the European standard EN 301 549, which defines the technical accessibility requirements for Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). This means that website design, navigation and content must be functional and inclusive for all users.
Non- compliance with the directive entails penalties, potential legal issues and exclusion from European markets, factors that pose a significant business risk. It is worth noting that very small businesses (less than 10 employees and annual turnover less than €2 million) are exempt from the directive.
It is necessary to acknowledge that digital accessibility concerns everyone and refers to the ability of people, regardless of physical, cognitive or other abilities, to use websites, applications and digital services, easily and without obstacles.

At the core of every project is usability and friendliness for both administrators and users. The company places great importance on UI (User Interface) design and UX (User Experience), firmly believing that quality experience is a right for all.
