The new website of the International Faculty of the University of Sheffield has been successfully completed by Tessera and is now live citycollege.sheffield.eu.
Ranked consistently among the world’s top 100 universities (71st globally, 25th in Europe, and 13th in the UK), the University of Sheffield is represented by its International Faculty, CITY College, based in Thessaloniki.
The new portal site features 6 distinct International Campuses, each with unique content, separate management capabilities, and individual language options. These are:
- Main Campus Thessaloniki, Greece
- Campus Sofia, Bulgaria
- Campus Bucharest, Romania
- Campus Belgrade, Serbia
- Campus Kiev, Ukraine and
- Campus Istanbul, Turkey
The site has been developed using the latest version of 4CMS, offering easier management and publishing of multimedia content. Additionally, a custom user management system was developed to meet the specific needs of the academic institution, providing the required functionality. The platform also includes a newsletter system with different templates for each campus, as well as event calendars with separate categories per campus.
