4techman, is a field service management app developed by Tessera, recently updated, in version 1.10.0, with a multitude of new features and improvements.
The new version introduces, for the first time, the capability of push notification, providing users with the ability to receive real-time notifications. This news addition facilitates and enhances collaborations between managers and technicians.
An important addition is the new calendar section, which is personalized for each user. This way, the technician can view their daily tasks in an organized manner, facilitating daily planning and monitoring of their schedule
The time tracking feature, which is critical for many companies, has also been improved. It now allows greater accuracy in reporting the hours spent on each task, better supporting both performance evaluation and internal costing.
The application has been upgraded for full compatibility with the latest versions of Android and iOS, ensuring proper operation on newer devices as well.
