Tessera at Digital Summit of SEPVE

Tessera participated in the 1st Digital Summit of Association of Information Technology Companies of Northern Greece (SEPVE) presenting the company’s activities and products.

A total of twenty-six companies leading the digital transformation and economic evolution of the country participated in the two-day event titled «Digital Summit 2023» organized in Thessaloniki by the SEPVE.

Representing various sectors of modern technologies and applied innovation, the representatives of the 26 companies met on November 23d and 24th, 2023, presenting the initiatives they are developing, the solutions they implement, the products they produce and the services they offer during the transition and adaptation to the digital era.

The event took place at the facilities of Porto Palace Hotel & Conference Center, located in the New Port area.

The event began with a roundtable discussion on the challenges and opportunities that Greek IT and technology companies are currently called upon to address.

The discussion featured the participation of Secretary General for Information Systems and Digital Governance, Dimosthenis Anagnostopoulos, the Coordinator of the Prime Minister’s Office, Giannis Papageorgiou, and Angelos Charisteas, Deputy Regional Governor for Digital Governance of the Region of Central Macedonia.

Also contributing their proposals were Konstantinos Makedos, President of the Engineers and Public Works Contractors Fund (TMΕDE) and Vice President of Pancretan Bank, and Theofilos Mylonas, President of the Board of Directors of the Association of Information Technology Companies of Northern Greece (SEPVE).

The two-day SEPVE event concluded with a networking and acquaintance meeting (closing networking drink), attended by representatives from the IT sector and members of the business community.

The business was co-funded by the European Union and National Resources under the action of the “Central Macedonia” programme of the 2021-2027 National Strategic Framework (NSRF), “Investment Schemes for Innovation”.
The project aims to create an innovative platform for monitoring patients and athletes with cardiovascular diseases.

The project budget amounts to €265.060, with a public expenditure of €228.958.
