Tessera at the ‘Alexander the Great’ Marathon

Tessera participated in the 13ο International «Alexander the Great» Marathon in Thessaloniki, which took place on April 1, 2018, running a 5 km race alongside the ‘Syzoí’ running team.

With great enthusiasm, joy, and energy, the entire Tessera team ran for a good cause. From the company’s management and staff to their families and youngest members, everyone actively participated in the race, contributing to the organizers’ ultimate goal of raising funds for charitable foundations and organizations that perform admirable work.

‘Syzoí’, the team with which Tessera ran, is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to the education, vocational training, and social support of individuals with visual impairments and additional disabilities.

The business was co-funded by the European Union and National Resources under the action of the “Central Macedonia” programme of the 2021-2027 National Strategic Framework (NSRF), “Investment Schemes for Innovation”.
The project aims to create an innovative platform for monitoring patients and athletes with cardiovascular diseases.

The project budget amounts to €265.060, with a public expenditure of €228.958.
